Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules for the classification of buildings, such as: industrial class including buildings used for the purpose of manufacture, fabricating, processing, packaging, repairing, or storing; the classification of development plans; application for planning permission; and the duties of applicants. Land being developed for agricultural purposes or for forestry, including buildings necessary for such development, shall be exempted from the application for planning permission. These Regulations also determine fees for planning permission; reasons for refusing planning permission; and appeal to the Minister against such refusal, conditions or limitations. The conditions required for the supply of water and for the disposal of sewerage and garbage in relation to a development project shall be as set out in Part H in the Third Schedule.
