Abstract
These Regulations, made under the Litter Act, concern (a) the notice under section 18 of the Litter Act offering an offender the opportunity of the discharge of any liability to conviction of an offence to which that section applies by payment of a fixed penalty; and (b) the manner of payment of such fixed penalty.
