Abstract
This Act defines and prohibits malicious acts. This category of an offences includes: the unlawful and malicious, or out of negligence, setting fire to or damaging of crops or any cultivated vegetable product or tree; the malicious damaging of sea structures and river banks; and the malicious killing, maiming of any cattle or other animals.
