Abstract
This Act defines the act of piracy and sets forth provisions on the penalties for the persons who commit illegal acts of piracy in the territorial waters of Antigua and Barbuda. For the purposes of this Act, the terms used in this Act shall be interpreted in accordance with the United Nations Convention of the Law of the Sea 1982.
