Abstract
This Act declares it to be unlawful to introduce in Antigua and Barbuda any mongoose. Infringement of this prohibition shall be punished with imprisonment and the mongoose illegally introduced may be seized and destroyed. Specified state bodies have powers to entry any place or premises to search for mongoose and to destroy the same. (4 sections)
