The Non-Citizens Land Holding Regulation (Amendment) Act, no. 32 of 2020.

This Act provides for the amendment of the Non-Citizens Land Holding Regulation Act, no. 17 of 1968. The amendments concern: the substitution of the definition of “non-citizen”; the insertion of a new section on annual general licence to hold mortgage and related matters; restriction on companies under control of non-citizens; licences for non-citizens to hold directorships; payment of stamp duty; power of the Cabinet to exempt a non-citizen from any provisions of the Act.
