Non-citizens Land Holding Regulation (Prescribed Forms) Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 108 of 2021.

These Regulations, made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Non-citizens Land Holding Regulation Act, no. 17 of 1968, as amended by the Non-citizens Land Holding Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2021 no. 32 of 2021, concern application forms, application fee for each type of licence, prescribed forms, expedited processing of application. The appropriate forms required in pursuance to the Act are listed in the attached schedules. Application forms include: registration of applicants, copy of extract of land register, survey map of location of land, proposed date of commencement and completion of development in case of undeveloped land requiring renovation, state acreage of farm land and list of cultivated crops if the land is intended for agricultural purposes.
