Abstract
This Act provides for the management and protection of areas declared to be a Public Park by this Act or designated as such by the Minister and listed in the Schedule to this Act.
There is created a Public Parks Commission that shall be instrumental in enhancing the natural beauty of Public Parks and shall carry out duties assigned to it under this Act. The Minister shall have the power to issue Rules to prohibit any act damaging Public Parks and to regulate use of Public Parks.
