Abstract
This Act aims at the promotion and development of small business in Antigua and Barbuda. In order to qualify as a small business, a business must meet the criteria set out in this Act and a business approved by the Minister shall register with the Registrar of Intellectual Property and Commerce. A small business may apply for various benefits, including technical assistance, and apply for loan guarantees. Small businesses shall be controlled by the Antigua and Barbuda Investment Authority.
