Abstract
This Act amends Section 8 of the principal Act as regards the establishment of Special Economic Zones Advisory Board. Subsection (2) regarding the members of the Advisory Board and subsection (5) regarding the appointment of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Advisory Board, have been amended.
