Abstract
This Treaty establishes the maritime boundary between Anguilla and Antigua and Barbuda. According to the text, it is an all-purpose boundary covering the water column, seabed and subsoil and formed by geodesic lines connecting defined points. The text of the Treaty also specifies that the establishment of the maritime boundary shall not affect or prejudice in any manner either Party's position with respect to the rules of international law relating to the law of the sea. Concerning dispute resolution, the Parties agree to settle it peacefully by consultation and negotiation.
