Decision N. 1108, dated 30 December 2015 "for the transfer, from the Ministry of agriculture, rural development and water administration to municipalities of the irrigation and drainage infrastructure, personnel and moveable and immovable assets of the regional drainage boards".

This Decision proclaims the transfer of drainage boards, from the Ministry of agriculture, rural development and water administration, that are owned by municipalities, as follows: a) irrigation and drainage infrastructure, according to tables 1 and 1/1, attached to this text; b) immovable assets, from drainage boards to municipalities on the territory where they are physically located, according to table 2. The Ministry of agriculture and rural development made available to the Water Administration certain assets as listed in article 1.
