Decision n. 171, dated 18 March 2022 on the establishment of the database for the National Register of the Forest Fund and the Register of the Pasture Fund, definition of structure, technical criteria for the identification and reflection of the state and changes, the way of keeping data at the local, regional and central level, information that must be recorded, as well as deadlines for the preparation and reporting by forest administrators or owners.

This Decision sets the following objectives: the creation of the database of the National Register of the Forestry Fund and the Register of the Pasture Fund at the local, regional and central level; the determination of the structure of the National Register of the Forestry Fund in terms of necessary cadastral information and periodic changes for each unit of the national forest fund; the determination of requirements for the operation of this specific Register, related to the technical criteria, recording and reflecting the state and changes, the way of keeping sub-level data local, regional and central, the information that is recorded in the Register; the determining of deadlines for data reporting by the administrators or forest owners.
