Decision n. 6, dated 11 April 2022 on the tools used for recreational fishing and the way of issuing authorization.

This Instruction sets rules regarding the performance of recreational fishing activities that will be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force on fishing. During recreational fishing, the following fishing tools are used in all water categories: a) no more than 2 rods per fisherman and no more than 3 hooks per rod; b) no more than 10 hand hooks per fisherman; c) small hand net. The fisherman catches no more than 5 kg of fish products per day and this amount can be exceeded if a single individual with a weight greater than 5 kg is caught. The exercise of recreational fishing activity is carried out in accordance with the measures established for those species that are under a limited effort regime, such as eel, bluefin tuna and spearfish. During the activity of recreational fishing, it is not allowed to kill the herds and producers.
