Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Albanian Law N. 8743 dated 22 February 2001 "On immovable state properties", sets rules regarding the list (list provided in the Annex of this publication) of inventory of state real estate properties, as for the scope of responsibility transfer of such properties to the Ministry of agriculture and rural development for the purposes of services and directory of fishing and aquaculture.
