Decision n. 756, dated 1 December 2022 on the manner of setting up and operation of electronic system of registration and reporting of fishing activity and determining the time for putting it into operation.

This Decision aims to establish the Electronic Data Reporting System in fisheries, as a database that records, reports, processes, stores and transmits fishing data (occupancy, landing and transshipment). The electronic registration and reporting of fishing data aims to strengthen the effectiveness of monitoring, control and surveillance operations, both at sea and on land. The data generated by the Electronic Reporting System are administered by the Ministry responsible for fishing.
