Decision No. 122 dated 17.2.2011 amending Decision No.1124 dated 30.7.2008 approving the rules, procedures and criteria for licensing the specialists of environmental impact Assessment (EIA).

Decision no.122 amends Article. 2 of Decision 1124 of 2008 by granting the right to apply for EIA certificates to all specialists graduated in the field of environment and agro-environment at the Politecnic University of Tirana, Agricultural University of Tirana, non-public universities accredited in such fields, foreign institutions of high eduction that offer such programs as well as those graduated in engineering, biology, chemistry, geology, hydrology , economics, and geography. The certificates are issued by the Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Water Administration.
