Decision no. 198, dated 4 April 2024 on the composition of the National Water Council.

This Decision here determines the official composition among main functional and operational rules of the Albanian National Water Council, which is a central decision-making body, responsible for the administration of national water resources. The National Water Council is chaired by the Prime Minister and has the following members: the minister responsible for the environment and tourism; the minister responsible for agriculture; the minister responsible for infrastructure; the minister responsible for finance; the minister responsible for the economy; the minister responsible for defence; the minister responsible for health. When, for reasonable reasons, the Prime Minister cannot participate in the meeting, then the meeting is chaired by the deputy prime minister. The National Water Council shall be in charge with the implementation of this Decision.
