Decision no. 267, dated 27 April 2023 on some additions and amendments to the Decision no. 559, dated 29 July 2022 determining the prices and fees for use/use of the national forest fund, for economic activities, as well as for wood and non-wood products.

This Decision here amends certain contents part of the Decision no. 559, dated 29 July 2022 determining the prices and fees for use/use of the national forest fund, for economic activities, as well as for wood and non-wood products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Albania 111/2022). The title of the Decision is changed and replaced with "On the determination of prices and fees for the utilization/use of the National Forestry Fund, for economic activity and wood and non-wood forest products, as well as the manner and procedure of their collection". Also new contents are added to the list of fees and charges (point 5- Tariffs and prices for wood and non-wood forest products, for the collection and extraction of secondary forest and non-forest products).
