Abstract
This Decision is aimed at determining the rules, procedures and criteria for the certification of experts in the field of forests and pastures, in accordance with the activities that require specific service of professional expertise in forests and pastures. The equipment with the expert's certificate in the field of forests is mandatory for every individual who wants to exercise professional expertise for activities such as supervision, study, design and implementation for investments in forests and pastures in the Republic of Albania with public and private funds.
