Abstract
This Decision establishes water charges for irrigation purposes. It consists of 4 articles concerning agricultural lands (including mountain areas and wetlands for rice cultivation). The tariffs to be paid by agricultural enterprises, which use water for technological needs, must be based on the real cost. The land subdivision (field, hill, or mountain areas) shall be done by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
