Abstract
This Decision determines necessary rules regarding the procedures for performance of exploitation activities in the National Forest Fund, including the works or activities in the forest fund, which are carried out by individuals for their own needs or entities equipped with the relevant permit, according to the legislation in force on licenses, permits and authorizations. Licensed entity is a natural and legal person, who owns the right of use in the National Forest Fund, after having been provided with the relevant permit. Harvesting and collection of medicinal, ethereal and natural tanniferous plants non-wood forest products is also here considered.
