Abstract
This Decision establishes the adhesion of the Plant Protection Service of the Republic of Albania within the Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO). It consists of 3 articles specifying the composition and duties of the aforementioned water institution, whose competencies are: to carry out scientific research and projects in order to fight plant pests and diseases and take adequate sanitary measures.
