Decision No. 473 regulating the management and leasing of fruit-tree lands.

This Decision regulates the management and leasing of fruit-tree lands. It consists of 3 articles establishing that fruit-tree lands of ex-agricultural enterprises ownership shall be managed by the local governmental organs, as well as for the fruit-tree lands at the disposal of the Committee for Tourism Development. Local organizations may lease fruit-tree lands in order to face State expenses for land management.
