The Decision removes from the forestry and pasture fund several areas of the forestry economies of Shkoder and Lezhe, It defines their geographical coordinates and their areas and unregisters them from the cadastral categories of forestry and pasture. The area will be used for the construction of the 400 KV interconnection line.
