The Decision No.898 of 2011 proclaims Natural Park the natural mountainous ecosystem of Korab-Koritnik and defines its boundaries and zoning. It includes three zones: i- the central one which is highly valuable due to its natural heritage and biodiversity, ii- the traditional usage zone that includes agricultural land, forests, and pastures, and iii- the zone of sustainable development that includes the urban and mixed territories close to resident areas.
