Decision no. 99, dated 16 October 2020 on Authorization of state aid "Financial support (grant) for new 'green' businesses, which are based on an eco-friendly model or existing businesses, which try to transform into 'green' businesses, by put go-green elements in them.

This Decision here grants the official authorization for the application of the state aid scheme in the form of a grant for specific measures that are described as financial support or aid for new 'green' businesses, which are based on an eco-friendly model or already existing businesses, which tend to transform into 'green' businesses, by introducing the go-green elements into the same. This type of planned aid aims to support new enterprises that aspire to create green businesses and existing enterprises that apply the principles of the green economy in production of products and consumption of raw materials. This aid plan will be implemented in the period from the year 2020 until the year 2025. Beneficiaries here identified shall be young entrepreneurs who aspire to create green businesses and existing enterprises, which are willing to apply related principles of the green economy in engaged production of products and deriving consumption of raw materials.
