Abstract
The Decision approves the rules of procedure and criteria for issuing the Certificate of Environment Impact Assesment and Environment Auditing for the environmental specialists. Those graduated in the environmental or agro-environmental fields at the Tirana Polytechnic University, Tirana Agricultural University, and foreign private or public universities are eligible for applying for the certificate. The application and the approval process are managed by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration.
