Decision No.123 dated 17.2.2011 approving the National Plan of Action for the Management of Noises in Environment.

The National Plan lays down legal, administrative, and organizational measures necessary for evaluating, administering, and reducing the noise in environment according to the EU requirements. The objectives are to identify the noise-generating resources, their impact, and work out institutional responsibilities and solutions. It consists of the following Chapters: Transport (I), Sector of Public Services (II), Equipment and machinery that generate noise (III), Financial cost of plan implementation (IV) and Conclusions (V).
