Abstract
The Decision No. 181 of 2010 lays out the composition and rules of procedure for the Central Commission for the Registration of the Agricultural Economic Units which is chaired by the Minister of Reforms and Relations with Parliament and is composed of members from the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environment, Institute of Statistics, Immovable Property Office and the Agricultural University. The Commission role and duties are enumerated by the Law No.10201 of 2009.
