The Action Plan aims at harmonizing the efforts of the responsible institutions, increasing their collaborations, and adapting legal and efficient means and methods against the art and culture works trafficking. It includes sections on: Analyses, Albanian Law, International Law, Collaboration, Evidenced Problems, and Objectives. Under Objectives, a full list of actions, deadlines and responsible institutions is enlisted.
