Decision nr. 283 dated 1 April 2015 determining the types, rules, criteria and procedures for the construction of facilities for the production, storage and processing of agricultural and livestock products, on agricultural land.

This Decision here determines the types, necessary rules, mandatory criteria and related procedures for the construction of facilities engaged in the production, storage and processing of agricultural and livestock products, that are located on agricultural land plots on the territory of the Republic of Albania. Facilities for the production, storage and processing of products agricultural and livestock, which are built on agricultural land are: stables for breeding animals and auxiliary functional facilities, which include, but are not limited to silage stores, hangars, silos, feed processing facilities, milking parlors, paddocks, garbage cans, water tanks; greenhouses with continuous foundations, which are connected in a stable manner and permanently with ground; auxiliary functional facilities of greenhouses; facilities for drying and necessary preliminary treatment of products in crops, such as medicinal plants, etc.; facilities for the collection and storage of agricultural and livestock products, as well as their marketing; facilities for the processing of primary, agricultural and livestock products; slaughterhouses.
