Abstract
This Decision defines the necessary technical and functional criteria for the effective use of agricultural land for the purpose of performance of renewable energy production practices such as agri-photovoltaic and wind activity on related agricultural land plots, among issues regarding the payment of deriving fees and charges. This text also sets related procedures for monitoring over the correct and safe exercise of designated activities, including measures regarding the cases of violation of prescribed conditions.
