Decision nr. 401 dated 19 June 2024 defining the procedures, criteria and rules for the implementation of the employment promotion program through social reintegration.

This Decision defines the procedures, criteria and rules for the implementation of the incentive program for employment through social reintegration. The social reintegration program is a program with a duration up to six months, which has purpose of inclusion in the labor market of unemployed jobseekers through the provision of counseling specialized in employment, self-employment and professional training. The program is implemented by the National Employment and Skills Agency in cooperation with other public institutions and non-profit organizations, which have in the focus of their activity the economic empowerment of disadvantaged groups, through providing specialized counseling for employment, self-employment and professional training, coordination and referral to employment services and social services, which help beneficiaries to effectively integrate into the labor market.
