Decision nr. 404 dated 19 June 2024 defining detailed rules, for taking preventive measures, against the spread of fires on agricultural lands.

This Decision here determines necessary rules regarding the procedures, including preventive measures, when burning mass with controlled fire on agricultural land plots. The burning of plant mass, their parts and plant waste can be carried out, upon the submission of related request, in the period from 30 November until 1 April each year. Such fire-burning procedures may be carried out in a limited area that does not exceed 5% of the total surface plot, where produced unnecessary plant mass is produced and disposed of by burning.
