Decision nr. 725 dated 2 September 2015 on organization and operation of the Territorial Development Agency.

This Decision here defines necessary operational and organizational rules regarding the functioning of the Albanian Territorial Development Agency, which is a self-financing public legal entity. The sources of funding for the Agency are: a) income generated by the Agency itself; b) the state budget; c) other legal sources. The Agency has its own coat of arms, logo and official seal, which are approved by the Prime Minister. The Agency is managed by the General Director, who organizes and directs all activities its and answers to the Prime Minister. The Agency performs the functions of the technical secretariat of the National Council of Territory and Water. Chapter III lists all tasks and deriving responsibilities of the Agency.
