Decision Nr.16 dated 4.1.2012 on the right for environmental information.

The Decision aims at ensuring regular and systemic dissemination of environmental information and lays down the procedures for requesting the information, exchange of public opinion and effective participation in the environmental decision making. The environmental information is defined according to the Aarhus Convention. The Decision is divided into four pChapters: General Provisions (I), Environmental Information Dissemination (II), Procedures for Requesting Information (III), and Final Provisions (IV). All public authorities should gather and organize environmental information relevant to their functions and regularly disseminate it to public by available communication means including verbal, written, and electronic ones. Further, everyone is entitled to request such information.
