Abstract
This Decree of the Council of Ministers makes some amendments in the Decree No. 953 for implementing the provisions of the Law No. 92/2014 on value added tax. List of machinery and equipment which are directly related to the investment and agricultural machinery are listed in Annexes 1 and 2. Annex 2 lists the tariff codes which apply to the imports of fishing entities and beneficiaries of exemption from turnover tax, carbon tax and excise duty on diesel, including fishing vessels.
