Guideline No. 1 concerning reports on fruit trees.

This Guideline lays down requirements for reporting on fruit trees and specifies the documents to be submitted for obtaining logging permissions. Reports on the quantity of fruit trees must be prepared annually by the competent regional agricultural directorates. The reports are transmitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food each year within 31 December. Inventories are carried out when required by the Minister of Agriculture and Food and through the general inventorying and cadastre. The annual report reflects the annual changes in the quantity of fruit trees and is prepared based on the previous reporting and the updates occurring during the year.
