Abstract
This Guideline amends the Instruction 5 of 2012 regarding the maximum amount of plant genetic material to be used as a sample for inspection or research purposes. The new amounts are set forth in Annex 1 attached to the regulation while Annex 1 of Instruction 5 of 2012 is repealed.
