Guideline No. 6 approving the methodology of the Environmental Impact Assessment.

This Guideline approves the methodology of the preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). According to it, persons concerned must transmit an official communication relating to the project to the competent environmental bodies and the local government. The Regional Environmental Agency shall make available this Guideline and its annexes and shall assist the applicant in their completion. Upon examination of the submitted information, the Agency decides whether the proposed activities are eligible for EIA or not.
