Abstract
The Guideline lays down the criteria regarding the use of food additive “E960 Steviol Glykoside” in food products produced in or imported to the Republic of Albania. The National Authority of Food and the Food Safety Institute are the responsible authorities for implementation of the guidelines. Annex. 1 lists the maximum levels of the additive in different food categories.
