The Guideline No. 2 of 2010 lays down methods for the verification and examination of the legal validity of the agricultural land ownership titles by the local commissions established for such purpose. The verifications are done for requests submitted by the local offices of immovable property registration offices and the land protection and administration units at the regional council. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection and the Land Governmental Commission are responsible authorities for the process implementation. Model decisions are also attached to the guidelines.
