Abstract
This Instruction defines the practical and uniform ways of official controls on the presence of contaminants in food, in terms of: a) the minimum frequency of official controls on the presence of contaminants in food; and b) the specific content of national control plans. This text approximates the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/932 on uniform practical arrangements for the performance of official controls as regards contaminants in food, on specific additional content of multi-annual national control plans and specific additional arrangements for their preparation.
