Abstract
This Instruction here sets necessary technical regulation as for applied standards for the treatment of polluted water for entities that perform the discharge of polluted and untreated water near or in washing water. The National Water and Sewerage Agency is responsible for the implementation of this Instruction. The purpose of this technical regulation is to determine correct sewerage and discharge practices for involved subjects. This text is to support the functions determined in the Normative act no. 8, dated 28.12.2023, "For taking urgent measures, for the protection and improvement of the infrastructure, for the treatment of polluted waters that are discharged near or in washing waters.
