Abstract
This Instruction regulates the manner of organizing and implementing of related procedures of public procurement center of the contracting authority of national veterinary and plant protection authority. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development assumes the role of the Central Purchasing Body for the development of procurement procedures in the name and on behalf of the National Authority for Veterinary and Plant Protection.
