Instruction no. 2, dated 30 January 2024 on the approval of control and inspection programs of some forms of fishing.

This Instruction here defines some specific control and inspection programs for those forms of fishing that use: a) fish stocks or species included in the multi-year plans (see article 1); b) species for which a landing obligation has been determined in accordance with Decision no. 283, dated 29.4.2022, "On management measures to conserve resources fisheries and the involvement of institutions in their adoption and implementation"; c) fish stocks or species subject to approved conservation and management measures by regional fisheries management organizations, as defined in Annex I oof this text. Control and inspection programs, which are defined in Annex I, are implemented by the Directorate for Fisheries and Aquaculture Services.
