Instruction No. 259 of 2012 on the measures against entities that generate noise beyond the allowed limits in urban centres and coastal tourist areas.

The Instruction lays down measures and action plans prepared to create and maintain a safe environment and manage noise pollution in urban centres and in coastal tourist areas year around. To this end, the Instruction establishes local working groups composed of local authorities responsible for preparing action plans and monitoring their implementation. The permissible noise pollution standards may be disregarded only in case of permits issued by local authorities.
