Abstract
The Instruction lays down measures and rules of procedure for the preparation and approval of monitoring plans and issuance of ‘free-from-disease’ status for zones that are habitats of aquatic animals. The zones and divisions with monitoring programmes, the zones declared ‘free-from-disease’, and certain application forms are attached as separate annexes in the guideline.
