Instruction no. 6, dated 7 March 2024 on the criteria, procedures and administration of the Program Fund for Agriculture and Rural Development.

This Instruction sets the necessary criteria, procedures and administration issues as regards the payments deriving from the Program Fund for Agriculture and Rural Development. This text closely determines the support measure-payments aimed as "Transfer to family budgets" (listed in the table part of point I of this text), farmer groups and related definitions, among selection criteria parameters and requirements and Annexes containing technical details for each selected incentives (incentives that include animal production and milk production sectors too).
